Discounted shipping applies to orders in the contiguous United States only (does not include Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Not valid for contracts and tier-pricing accounts, or customers with special negotiated pricing.


How will my order be shipped? ships via UPS or the United States Post Office to get your orders delivered safely and quickly.


Why has my order shipped in multiple packages?

Sometimes we either do not have all of the items you ordered in one place or all of your order could not fit in one box so you may receive multiple packages.  Some of those reasons include inventory being sold out at our warehouse, item is backordered and will ship at a later date or in an item is dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Some items ship from China and have a two to three week arrival time, these items are noted on the product page.

What happens after I place my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (UPS) or your delivery confirmation number (USPS), as well as a link to the respective site to see where in transit your package is. Please be sure to add to any spam blocking software to ensure that all communications from us are received in a timely manner. We promise to never spam or send any more emails than we have to. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST will ship the following business day.

Situations may arise (high demand, manufacturer delays, etc...) causing items to be out of stock. If the wait time is expected to be excessive (more than 1 week), a member of our customer service team will contact you and make you aware of the delay. You may cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet at any time.

If you place an order for multiple items and part of that order is not in stock or expected in stock within 1 week, it may be best for us to ship what we have and backorder the rest. You will be notified of the delay, and given an anticipated date of arrival for the backordered item(s). You may cancel any part of your order that hasn't shipped yet at any time.

Can I place an order from Outside the U.S.? currently does not ship to addresses outside the United States.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
It is our policy to ensure all items are carefully inspected and leave us in a safe, secure package. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged in any way, please contact us at 770-516-6969, M-F, 10am - 6:30pm EST within 7 days of receiving your order. We will immediately issue a return shipping label and once the damaged/defective item is received, we will ship a replacement out to you. Returns Policy

What does Forever And A Day’s 100% Guarantee mean?
At, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return non-excluded items* within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns or exchanges will be granted after 10 days. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable,  and all items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within seven(7) days from the date of delivery.

Before shipping any item to us for a refund or exchange you must contact us to obtain a RMA number. We can be contacted  at 770-516-6969 or via email at . A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned item(s) and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the box.

Please return all items to us at the address below with a copy of your invoice, and be sure to label your package "Customer Returns" along with the RMA # to ensure your account is credited properly.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.

Please note that Book’s, herbs, aromatherapy oils, bath and beauty products, opened Oracle/Tarot decks and clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.


Phone Readings

Forever And A Day does not give refunds for Psychic Readings for any reason whatsoever.  The fee for the reading is based solely on the time the reader spends with each client, regardless of the client's opinion as to the accuracy of information given in their reading.  We believe in the integrity and professionalism of our psychics and intuitive readers.  Not every reader will resonate with every customer.  Remember, a true psychic will tell you things that can only be proven over time; you may not understand how your reading will manifest, so keep an open mind.  As the art of metaphysics is beyond the proof or scope of science, each client agrees to seek out the psychic 's advice of their volition, with the specific awareness that no guarantees exist regarding information gained via psychic means.
